Olga. For more than a year I joined a group of Aratta volunteers engaged in the training programme in "Sport Life" centre with the coach Natalia Chaika. I have got a great success in restoring my body. After the accident, I was afraid to do anything in order not to hurt yourself. Thanks to this training I realized that even I can work out some muscles. I no longer feel myself a person of the 3rd sort. I stopped thinking like an old woman. In front of me was a living example of how can and should a woman at any age look like. I have learned to keep my posture and got rid of many complexes. I even believe in the fact that with a coach I can learn how to dance! The group offers a friendly atmosphere of warmth and friendship.

Bogdana. The mother of two young children, was under care of "Aratta" since 1999. For the second season I visit the pool "Dolphin" within the "Leasure Club" project. The pool gives me very much in terms of the restoration of my health. It would be financially difficult for me to pay a full price for Swimming pool. I am grateful to "Aratta" for the opportunity.

Victoria. I participate in the program "Leasure Club" with my grandson visiting the swimming pool. There are improvements not only to raise the vitality, but also in the state of the whole body. My grandson has positive effect on the part of his musculoskeletal system. I also attend classes at the club "Sport Life", I feel much better - less stiff joints and less concerned about pain in the spine.

Elena. I am Oleg and Veronica’s mother, very grateful to "Aratta" for the opportunity to attend the pool "Dolphin" for the second season. My children and I have back problems. Children have disabilities related to the diseases of the spine: scoliosis, osteochondrosis, etc. According to medical testimony it is good for them to visit a pool, but is not possible to pay for the pool in full value. Thanks to the classes in the pool we have the opportunity to improve our health and to be healthy.

Lyudmila. I feel lots of benefits of visiting the fitness club. The classes help to get rid of an excessive weight and with regular visits not to gain it back, and this is important. The coach always picks the right program, which helps to get rid of the shortcomings of the figure. In a little time after the start of the classes we feel better, it allows any woman to be not only beautiful, but also healthy. Fitness classes are a good way of getting rid of the stress and problems, to focus on ourselves and the feelings. Fitness helps to boost our self-esteem. I leave training with the thought: "Hurrah. I was able to do it too.. "or" I started to make it.." - it is always great! Training courses helps to meet new people, to socialize and, of course, help to forget for a while our every day routine and family problems. Fitness classes after constant visits lead to enrichment with oxygen, as a result the condition of the skin improves, blood circulation is activated, the posture and metabolism improve. Cheers! You are still in doubt: whether to get engage in fitness? Certainly, yes !!
