Our computer class was one of the first ones to start working in Aratta. It happened long time ago, so we have already forgotten the exact date.

There was only one computer in the class those days. The computer that helped volunteers of our organization, children from the families under care, children with disabilities not to be afraid of computers. The classes were individual and very quickly the computer became a friend and a helper for all of them.

The organization was constantly growing and soon the computer classes became available for all the willing people. We organized a real computer class - 10 computers, connected into one local net. Our students learned how to work with the office programs, got useful knowledge about working in the net, and surfed the internet. Postcards, presentations, reports...everything that is needed for proper upbringing of the children nowadays.

During all this time nearly 200 children made friends with the computer. While having the classes children not only found new friends but also got the chance to spend time doing their favorite activities. And it's not only playing computer games! The child gets to know about the new capabilities of the computer technologies, for example, computer graphics and programming.

Our classes help to find the new friends. We like not only to study together but also to have rest. Out children take part in concerts, communicate while tea-time, have active rest while having picnics with pleasure!
