The Refugees story’s

I am Ivanova Yulia with my two sons: Artur is 12 year old and Tymur is 4 year old. We got into a very difficult life situation in May 2014 because of the military action in the Eastern part of Ukraine.

The Fond of “Protection of the Holy Virgin” gave shelter and food for the refugees from Donbass region and Luhansk as the first help.

And I am and my children, with a great feeling of gratitude, want to address to the Chernihiv Region Charitable organization, these people are responsive and caring to another's misfortune, stretched a helping hand in this bloodcurdling and terrible situation. We’ve got food parcels and sanitary items, pampers and a sum of money 200 hryvna for buying medicines during that period.

We live at the sanatorium “Desna” till the 29th of May and after that day we don’t know where we should go and what to do. We want to ask to help us with a temporary residence. It’s the main problem at that moment for our family.

Our family: I am – Kholodnyk Vladymyr V., my wife and our 2 children (twins), we are the refugees from Donetsk region, t. Slovyansk. Last April 2014 the war action began and we decided to go from that place do not risk our son’s lives. So we left for Chernihiv. The God gave us a chance to get acquainted with the Chernihiv Region Charitable organization “Aratta” which helps us during that period we are staying in a new town. We got food parcels, sanitary items, clothes, stationary and toys for kids.

There are psychological workshops and different clubs for children in “Aratta”. Our kids attend special lessons for preparing to school there.

Thank you for your help, without which it’ll be very difficult to live. We want to thank for your kind hearts, for support and attention for us, the refugees, for people who need this help.

Our children are going to school on September and we need the rucksacks, which we can’t effort to buy. We’ll be very happy if you can buy them for us.
