Taking part in the International Working Camp

10 children of different age who are under the care of Chernihiv region charity “Aratta” took part in the International Camp from July 10 to 24 of 2015, which took place in village Makoshino Mena district. The camp was organized by the cooperation Makoshino organizations with Farrington school from Great Britain. The amount of children was nearly 70 – English students, Ukrainian children from the village Makoshino and towns Chernihiv, Shchors, Mena.

In their daily routine the children were busy all the time. After breakfast different clubs in groups with English started, such as: art and crafts, English lesson, Ukrainian lesson, First aid, physical work in the village. Every day the groups changed. After the lessons everybody were preparing for lunch, after it they gad some free time and a rest which slightly went to swimming in the river and sun bathing. The day finished with a very tasty supper, and after it there was a disco or a concert. At the same time English guests were getting to know at the excursions with Makoshino Mayor the area around village. Our children were satisfied about communicating with English students. 2 weeks ended so quickly and it was difficult to say good bye for English students and for Ukrainian children. The last evening continued till the sunrise and everyone promised to meet next year!
