Interwiev with a new volunteer.

- Tetiana Vitaliivna, please, tell us how long ago have you co-operated with «Aratta», what induced you to bind your life to volunteer activity?

- I knew about the organization from a familiar, she offered me to go info volunteer activity. Later I found that, my calling is in, what I missed is care about other people, help, stimulation of my own efforts, small means on realization of the new projects. So since December, 2010 I am engaged in what is giving help to people and because of that I enjoy every day.

- What is your basic impression about the work of the organization and the group of volunteers?

- The collective of the organization is friendly, devoted to the activity, sincere and benevolent to each other. The organization with its remarkable leader – Filatova V.O. who perfectly plans the working hours, is constantly engaged in development of new ideas, to achieve the aims. There are celebrations for poor families and their children almost every month in the organization. Most of the children are busy at Aratta’s clubs, get new knowledge and successfully realize the new abilities and skills in their lives. The labour of volunteers strikes – we all together learned to work productively, to support and to organize the working process.

- Tetiana Vitaliivna, what are you doing in «Aratta», what are your duties?

- When I came to the organization I learned a great deal and for today execute organizational, creative work among which: to help in planning celebrations, watching some basic events, writing articles and bookkeeping.

- What new did you дуфкт since you’ve become a volunteer of the organization?

- I always paid attention to plenty of people who need help, but how to organize help even to a few on permanent basis? I saw the high professional level of the organization of such help in «Aratta». I noticed that everybody has a possibility to bring in a particle of charity to our society. We create our future independently; create conditions for development, self-realization, and any volunteer can share what he/she got during the life – abilities, skills, experience with those who are in need.

- Please, tell what was your life without «Aratta»? How did volunteer activity influence you and your perception of the world in general?

- Before my life was connected with «Aratta» I was engaged in pedagogics. I helped children to get to learn new material in different disciplines. I am always ready to do good for other people, to advise and support. Volunteer activity woke up these senses in me even more. I am happily engaged in the charity, fulfill different tasks and co-operate with poor families who need our help.

- Tetiana Vitaliivna, what do you think, is the main help of «Aratta»?

- The main aim of «Aratta» is search of poor families, which need help, due to a fruitful collaboration with charitable organizations of Ukraine and foreign country thanks to whom this help becomes possible. Not only humanitarian but also moral, support is very importan, for this reason the organization shows that people who need help are not alone, there are always those who will help them to choose the right way.

- Share with us please, your ideas about the future of the organization, how do you see it?

- In future there is the new stage of development of «Aratta», in fact, since autumn we removed to the new building in a central part of the city. It will become the basis for the new acquaintances, new volunteers, opening of new clubs, increasing opportunities for the realization of help. And in general, the organization which does good has the future. It confirms once again, that in our society there are those people who want to help, and, everything will be good with «Aratta».
