Visit of friend from Denmark.

The representatives of Danish Branch of Soroptimists International Public organization paid a work four-day visit to Chernigiv on the occasion of ongoing trip to Denmark of the children under the care of Charity “Aratta” planed for June, 2010.

The history of our cooperation with the Danish Branch of International Women’s Organization of Soroptimists covers more than 5 years already, but a joint project like this is implemented for the first time. Volunteers of Soroptimists’ Organization had a coordination meeting with children who go to Denmark this year and with their parents. They placed all details of the trip in the clearest light and answered all the questions which arose. In addition they met other volunteers of “Aratta” Charity. Some of our guests came to Ukraine for the first time and so they couldn’t but visit the Heart of Ukraine, our capital city Kyiv, which left indelible impressions in their hearts.

In general, Danish women were highly impressed by the hospitable Ukrainian hearts which was proved by their feedbacks in the letters set to us after their coming back to Denmark.
