The most wonderful holiday for the people who are in love – is St. Valentine’s Day. This holiday is celebrated on February 14th in many countries of the world. Those people who don’t celebrate this holiday miss a lot. Though this holiday is celebrated when it’s cold, still there is a warm atmosphere which comes from many people who are in love. On St. Valentine’s Day people who are in love give presents to each other, say nice words to each other and prove their love. Those people who haven’t met their second part will meet it. So, this day is filled with light, warmth, happiness and with hope to meet the beloved one. It maybe be love at first sight. This holiday was celebrated on February 19th in our charity “Aratta”. You are probably interested how we celebrated it. At the beginning the participants of the theatre studio organized a game “Love at first sight”. Three boys and three girls took part in it. The participants were asked questions while the members of theater group entertained the audience with plays and songs. There were prepared special tasks for the audience. The couples who managed to come to the final were given creative task – to continue the poem about love. The audience chose the couple, who became a winner. They got a week ticket to Town Park of Rest. After that everybody had tea, exchanged valentine cards and then danced at the disco. On St. Valentine Day everybody should find love and not to loose it. Everything is passing, but love is eternal… I want to wish this holiday to be celebrated in every home. And let an arrow of love come straight to your heart.
