In all the fairy-tales of our childhood kindness always beats evil. Even if the fairy-tale is sinister at the beginning, the ending is always kind. There is always a fairy-godmother, who will help or will give advice. So everything will finish in a good way. Unfortunately this doesn’t always happen in real life. Usually parents and relatives help children with their future. So what should children without parents or those who spent all their life in the foster homes do? This is why Chernihiv Region Charity “Aratta” is concerned with the problems of children brought up in the internats. Victoria Filatova says: “By means of our help and attention we want to bring such children to the attention of people who don’t want to see them, despite the fact that there are thousands of such children in our region. The government is responsible for them and does its best, but as usual, it lacks the most necessary things. For this reason we try to solve the most urgent problems and needs like clothes, shoes, toiletries, toys, toilet and shower rooms etc. Such help also gives moral support. Both children and teachers understand that they aren’t forgotten. The children from Tymki internat received sweets. We are grateful to those who were not indifferent in providing help regarding the money collection during the charitable actions in the market. It’s true that “Joy rewards a person for their charitable work”.
